In-Store Dance Protest Hits Target, To The Tune Of "People Are People": "

Wondering how that Target boycott is going? Here's a video of an in-store protest complete with dance routine and Improv Everywhere type theatrics, set to the tune of Depeche Mode's 'People are People.'

At one point a man wearing a Target shirt puts his hand in front of the camera and says the police are on the way, but no one really seems to interfere with the group's show. Shoppers stand and watch, some with raised eyebrows, while others clap along, seeming to enjoy the performance.

Clothing store Forever 21 is under fire today over a YouTube video showing a security guard for the store's Hollywood Blvd. outlet wrestling a deaf customer to the ground and putting him into a choke hold on the sidewalk.

According to the person who posted the clip on YouTube:

Staff must have seen them do something to suspect them of stealing, but that doesn't have any support or facts. Before I started filming. The Big Black dude in Jeans who mighta been a store detective jumps and tackles the large hispanic deaf guy. from there I remembered my new phone and turned on the camera,

There was who looked to be the manager of XXI that said to turn off the camera because they didn't want to get exposed for harassing and dealing with a situation that turned sour.

From there, you get to see the turn of events and then in the aftermath, the sorting out of exactly what happen. From what I saw that you guys can't, the deaf guy in the white shirt was apparently assuring the store with receipts for what he was carrying.

The dancers at the Foxhole in Coschocton County, Ohio, are used to arriving at work to the sounds of protests from members of the nearby New Beginnings Ministries church. But the same couldn't quite be said for the churchgoers, who showed up for services on Sunday and were greeted by the sight of bikini-clad protesters.

For the last four years, the pastor at New Beginnings has led a protest outside the Foxhole every weekend. Beyond just voicing their disapproval of the strip joint, the church members also videotape the license plates of the bar's patrons and then post the info online.

So the crew at the Foxhole decided to give the churchgoers a taste of their own medicine, sitting outside the church in skimpy outfits and cooling each other down with Super Soakers as they grilled up burgers.

They also held signs with Bible quotes like:

Matthew 7:15: Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing

Revelations 22:11: He that is unjust, let him be unjust still

The strip club's owner has unsuccessfully tried to sue the church for their protests, but now he's hoping that this table-flipping will help to put an end to things.

'When these morons go away, we'll go away,' he said. 'The great thing about this country is that everyone has a right to believe what they want.'

One of the Foxhole dancers, a married mother-of-six, says the protesters outside the strip club every weekend are ill-informed:

These church people say horrible things about us... They say we're homewreckers and whores. The fact of the matter is, we're working to keep our own homes together, to give our kids what they need.

The New Beginnings pastor counters that he and the other protesters aren't there to condemn the dancers, but to offer them a way out. 'I tell them, 'I will put a roof over your heads, and your bills will be paid, and your children's bellies will be full,'' he explains.

The pastor says the protests outside his church of only served to confirm the churchgoers' feelings. 'They have now seen the evil firsthand,' he says. 'This has just made us stronger.'

The Foxhole owner sees things differently. 'They're just mad,' he said, 'because their wives won't let them come to my club.'

The manager of a Krispy Kreme in North Carolina protected each day's haul by hiding it in a donut box. Krispy Kreme just happens to sell donuts by the boxful to its customers, so it's clear that absolutely nothing could go wrong with this plan.

The store manager typically puts the box full of money near the drive through window and then drives her own car around - and picks up the cash-filled doughnut box through the window, WRAL reported.

A clerk who was unfamiliar with the routine passed the money out to a customer at the Bragg Boulevard store, police told WRAL.

So far, nobody has come forward to complain that their box of donuts was inedible.

Imagine this sight: Your JetBlue flight has just touched down at your destination when a flight attendant takes to the public address system, drops the F-bomb, pops the emergency door and exits the plane via the emergency slide. We're really hoping someone out there has video footage of this incident that went down at JFK Airport today.

The flight from Pittsburgh to NYC had just arrived when the attendant found himself involved in a verbal altercation with a passenger.

Here's how the NY Times describes the scene:

One passenger got out of his seat to fetch his belongings from the overhead compartment before the crew had given permission. [The attendant] instructed the man to remain seated. The passenger defied him. [The attendant] approached and reached the passenger just as he pulled down his luggage, which struck [the attendant] in the head.

After his request for an apology was answered with profanity by the passenger, the attendant took to the intercom and announced, 'To the passenger who called me a motherfucker, fuck you... I've been in the business 28 years. I've had it. That's it.'

That's when he popped open the emergency exit and slid down to the tarmac. He then went inside, ripped off his tie and hopped on the AirTrain monorail to the JetBlue parking lot.

According to the Wall Street Journal, he also managed to swipe a few beers from the plane's galley on his way out.

The attendant, 39, was arrested at his home and charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.

JetBlue is, of course, taking this seriously and helping the FAA with their investigation. However, said the airline in a statement: 'At no time was the security or safety of our customers or crew members at risk.'
